My thoughts on having children
First, I like to start by saying, I'm a proud mother of three boys. My oldest son, Corderro is 20 years old and my middle son, Fredrick, is 12 years old and my youngest son, Lorenzo is 9 years old. I want to say I love my children and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world . But if I knew what I know today, I would have waited on having children at a young age. Being a single parent can be very challenging because everthing that needs to be decided upon or worked out has to be decided by myself. I have to make sure that there off to school, help with their homework, and concentrate on my schooling, and work to provide for my family. I can honestly say that the only reason that I stand today is because of my relationship with God. My heavenly father lets me know in his word that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. So, that why I stand today being a strong person that knows how to handle raising children alone.

I understand what you mean about having kids at a young age. I am 23 years old and have a 1 year old son and another on the way. It is hard for me because I have to concentrat on school work and my son all at once. At first I did not think it was going to be that hard but now I am really feeling the pressure. It is nice to know that there are other mothers out their trying to take care of there family and not giving up hope.
