Blog 11

The things that I'm doing to make sure I age healthfully is taking care of my body. The first thing I do is make sure that I'm physical active by exercising at least 2 to 3 times a week. The second thing, I make sure that I'm eating a healthy meal so that my body gets the proper nutrient it needs. The the third thing I do is make sure that I'm drinking lost of water. Drinking lots of water keeps my skin looking healthy. Finally, I believe it's very important that I get the proper rest that my body need.

What I can I do better? I believe I need to work a little harder by staying with my weekly routine. I have to admit sometimes I waver off and allow myself to eat things that I shouldn't and sometimes I stay up to late which causes by body to be tired.

Staying with your exercise routine is a hard problem for just about everyone, I think. It seems like every time I start a routine, I can always talk myself out of doing it every night. I know you don't need to work out every night, but that is how I train myself to start a habit.

Eating healthy and exercise is the best way to go in order to keep your body healthy as you get older. Although these two things have been difficult for me to accomplish. I do not exercise regurally. I support you on your plan especially drinking a lot of water because most people seem to drink more soft drinks than water.
