Blog 9

The challenge that I face when it come to exercising is sticking to a exercise routine. I start off good by getting up early starting my exercise routine. I continue the routine for about 2 to 3 weeks and then I become bored. So, what I decided to do was to look at exercising like drinking water everyday. I know my body needs water to function properly, so I developed the mind set to look at exercise in the way of keeping my body to function properly.
When it comes to eating a healthy diet, I face very few challenges because I really enjoy eating healthy. As I've gotten older, I trained myself to eat healthy in order to stay in shape.

If I knew of a friend or love one who suspected that they might have an STD and was afraid to get tested, I would encourage them to get tested. I would explain to them that knowledge and prevention are the best defenses against STDs. I would go on to say if they continue to practice having unsafe sex that their putting their health at risk. Also, I would explain the importance of practicing abstinence. I would let them know this is the only safe way to prevent from getting an STD. If they continue to practice unsafe sex I would explain the importance of using a condom to lessen the chances of getting a STD.
